Hi, my name is Puti Bao.
I was born in China, and I have been interested in various painting courses since I was a child. I have taken classes in watercolor, Chinese painting, sketching, oil painting, etc. After I came to the United States in high school, I took art classes throughout my four years of schooling.
I chose communication design as my major because I was interested in the application parts of art. I wanted to make people feel the existence of art in their daily lives rather than having to buy an expensive painting or go to an art museum to feel the atmosphere of art. Although the process of conceiving a design is difficult, the pride in the finished product is also unparalleled.
When I design, I try to tell people how to use or convey a message in the simplest and most direct way. I always try to apply "Less is More" to my designs.
